Purchase, Refund & Provider Policy

All sales are final. Payments for services, treatment packages, promotions, deposits, memberships, and prepaid services are nonrefundable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. 

All services are purchased from Aspire Aesthetics, not from an individual provider, unless a specific provider is expressly guaranteed in writing at the time of purchase. Provider preference, departure, leave, schedule changes, or unavailability does not create a right to a refund. Aspire may assign another appropriately licensed and qualified provider to perform the purchased service.

A patient’s decision not to proceed with treatment, change in personal circumstances, relocation, scheduling conflict, or change in treatment preference does not create a right to a refund. Any credit, transfer, or exception is made solely at Aspire’s discretion and must be approved in writing by management.

Gift Cards

Gift cards or certificates are purchased with Aspire Aesthetics, not a specific provider, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase. 

Product

Aspire Aesthetics accepts returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Opened or used products are nonrefundable due to health, safety, and quality-control considerations. However, if a product is defective, damaged, or causes an unexpected adverse reaction, please contact Aspire within 14 days. Following review, Aspire may provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
